How are water birds different from birds that fly?

A Water Bird, is a bird that usually fly around the water, and they eat the fish when they catch it straight from the ocean, lake, or river. And Dragonfly is a lot smaller and they do not, eat fish from the ocean, lake or river. They just fly around the lakes and rivers and mate with each other and usually eat like flies, mosquitoes.
