Keep in mind that Cheez-It crackers are SNACK crackers. That being said, as a snack, they are a healthy alternative to other options. They do not contain any hydrogenated oils, no high fructose corn syrup (not even any kinds of sugar), no MSG so on and so forth. Still, they should be consumed in moderation, since they contain a significant amount of salt, fat (though a lot of these are the ever-so-wholesome poly- and monounsaturated fats), carbs from refined grain, etc. while providing rather insignificant amounts of other nutrients. Still, if you trade in that Krispy Kreme Doughnut (each packing 4 grams of artificial trans fats) for a bag of Cheez-It crackers, I'd say you've made a pretty darned healthy decision.
