When is the most affordable time of year to take a cruise in the Bahamas?

Prices for cruises to the Bahamas are the lowest during hurricane season, particularly the month of October, when kids are back in school and the weather is unpredictable.

In September and November, the pricing is generally somewhat higher. In January, especially early January (after the New Year's cruises) the pricing is low, but it increases through February and March when the "snow birds" escape the North to spend time in the sun and warmth.
