Where can you find chapter summaries for the book 'Dragons in the Waters'?

At bookrags.com, for a fee. I can't find any summaries of this book that are available for free on the internet. You could try sites such as this: http://www.epinions.com/content_136769146500 for further information, or Amazon.com or other bookstores, because they have book reviews. If I had read the book, I would just post some summaries here... so, if anyone comes across this question who *has* read the book, please do. :)
