Where do you find surskit in Pokemon Ruby?

the way i caught mine was a mass outbreak in the route right of fortree city. check peoples homes and sometimes you can watch a reporting on surskit. but mostly you can find a surskit on certain routes like 114, or just check the place between odale town and petalburg city. a little!
