What does anti-climatic mean?

Anticlimactic (with an extra c before the t) means a decline viewed in disappointing contrast with a previous rise. An example would be a movie which, after several exciting events, ends with ordinary or inconsequential events.

Anticlimatic, without the c, would mean someone who's against the weather.
