Is heparin 5000 a Low molecular weight heparin?

Heparin is not a low molecular weight heparin

I'm thinking that the 5000 you are referring to is 5000 units because 5000 units administered subcutaneously two or three times daily as a pretty standard dose for preventing blood clots with heparin
