Try loading your computer into Safe Mode with Networking, if you are still having troubles with the virus redirecting you. Try downloading firefox to a usb flash drive and run from the flash drive, this will hopefully bypass the virus trying to redirect you all the time, and hopefully give you enough time and resources to download an anti-virus or system patch to resolve this issue.
