It is best to only shower at night per 2 day.
This is because like my teacher said, showering too long can actually ruin our skin!!!!
At morning, if you shower, sweat might get on you after you shower, especially if you are exercising or going to school. When you come back, dirty bacteria or dust and sweat will be on you, and you will end up showering 2 times a DAY!!!
So basically, it is good to just take the germs a journey to the sewer at night.
