It varies on where you're from, but it's either sor-a-ca or sur-a-ca. I say sur-a-ca which ends up as something like Circa (as in circa 1920 etc) but you also find people who just say Sorka, or even Sorha. "ch" in Irish is either something like a k sound or sometimes silent, but the three consecutive consontants (rch) means that you add another syllable to make the Word flow better, so the proper pronunciation should have three syllables, not two.
