89 350 TBI doesnt get fuel or spark replaced all modules and fuel pump?

Did you check are replace the ignition MODULE in the distributor. If you remove the distributor cap and the rotor you will see it on the right side of the dist. plate . It will have elsctrical connectors going to it. That does control spark and fuel pump too.
