Is the bald eagles population decreasing or increasing?

The bald eagle is on the increase.The bird has been taken off the endangered list,and is nesting again where it was eliminated.Eagles mate for life,and two is the normal number of chicks.As long as habitat is kept safe,and all poaching stopped,they should make a complete recovery.
