Not likely, the Parvo virus is a lot like the chicken pocks. If they get it once the chances of them getting it again is very slim. Although it has been known to happen, but that is due to people who usually get their dog vaccinated right after they recover. Its best to wait until the dog has fully recovered until you vaccinate it. This way the immune system is strong enough to handle it.
