Why doesn't your apps download onto your iPod touch when you sync them to you ipod?

If all else fails, do it manually. You just...

1. plug your device into iTunes
2. go to your device summary page
3. uncheck the box that mentions automatically managing media
4. now apply changes (if not done by itself)
5. now go to the Apps section of your library
6. Simply drag and drop them onto your iPod's name on the sidebar
7. it is easier to move the apps where you want them after disconnecting the device.
