What are the four rules to first aid?

The 4 first aid rules are:-

1. Never needlessly move a victim / patient.

2. Don't apply pressure to cavities.

3. Anything from outside the body that goes into the body, (impalement), stays in.

4. Anything from inside the body that comes out the body, (evisceration), stays out.
