How do you get the super rod in diamond?

To obtain the Super Rod in Diamond and Pearl, you must complete the Pokedex. That means running into every Pokemon and/or catching everyone. Once you do that, take your Pokedex to Prof. Rowan to obtain your Nation Dex. Next, go to the trainer islands and walk North until you find a fisher guy. Talk to him and congratulations, you've obtained the Super Rod!
