How do you fix Xbox open tray problem?

ring up Microsoft and they should take it in for free if its in warranty but if it isn't they they will charge you.

if your out of your warranty do not pay Microsoft do this :

take your x-box apart (you van find find how to do this on you-tube or google) clean all the moving parts in your drive and lens with surgical spirits and cotton buds and put bake together works every time!!
