What happened to Larry Rice who used to do mornings on KIRO TV in Seattle?

He was hired away from KIRO in 1995 by KOB TV in Albuquerque to be their chief meteorologist Today after more than 13 years, he was fired, over the phone... and given no reason and no severance. Just told, they'll send him his stuff.

What a crazy business!
