How do you replace the serpertine belt on a 98 winstar?

There should be 1 or more smooth pulleys (idlers) that keep belt taught with spring tension. If you pry on them they move & once you have the slack, pull belt. before you do, ensure you have a routing diagram or note so everything will turn in right direction.
