How do you remove the starter on 1994 Mazda RX7?

here are the steps to remove your starter

1. Disarm radio coded theft protection as outlined in Technician Safety Information .
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Raise and support vehicle.
4. Disconnect starter motor electrical connectors.
5. Remove starter motor bolts and starter motor from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

1. Torque starter motor attaching bolts to 28 - 38 ft.lb.
