Where is the drain plug on a 1999 Harley Davidson soft tail?

The drain plug for a 1999 Harley Davidson soft tail is located at the bottom of the oil tank. There is a rubber hose leading to the frame, follow it to the right side of the frame. It is located under the bike on the frame.
