This is a Welsh(Cymraeg) Word. Not an English Word.
It is found in Welsh place names. I think it means 'Waterfall'.
A very rough Anglicised pronunciation is 'Rider'. However, within the Welsh language the pronunciation in more subtle. Its pronuciation is more like 'Rhy -uh-der' with the stress on the first and third syllables. . The 'uh' is very unstressed.
NB The phonetics and pronunciation of the Gaelic languages ( Welsh, Erse(Irish Gaelic) , and Scottish Ghaillic) are completely different from modern English and Modern European languages.
The Gaelic languages are very ancient and thought to be Slavic in origin.
