He might be in jail at any given time, but he is not in prison. He was found not guilty in 2008 of underage sexual contact and child pornography, and no charges have been brought regarding the July 2017 allegations that he has young women in abusive and controlling relationships.
As of mid-2017, Kelly was on a music tour through the US, with southern cities in August 2017.
