How do you buy prepaid credit card by mailing cash?

I sent for a pre-pay credit card. It cost nothing!! Then to put $$ on the card you go to a specified pay center, one closest to me being a cash advance store. There are no annual fee's and no security, so be careful with the card and #. Also it is a good way to help rebuild your credit. Watch out for on-line purchases , also I only put how much I will need for a specific purchase so that if the # gets into the wrong hands there is nothing left on the card!! And it is a Visa.
