What dog is good with 3 year olds?

a kitten or a cat who is already use to children. I prefer female cats because they do not have that urge to roam. our female cat stays indoors, catches the occasional mouse and comes to her name, which it only took her 4 days to learn. A cat will play hiding games with your child and can be taught not to rough play. Do not ever hit your cat, just say no then say good girl if she stops what she is doing wrong. Unlike a dog a cat can run away when she has had enough. a cat would be an easier pet to care for but an equally enjoyable one.
