How do you check if tires are balanced right?

Take your vehicle to a tire repair shop, or service center that specializes front end alignments and wheel balancing. They will remove the wheels, put them on a machine, and check that they are balanced. They might also verify if there is too much wear on a particular section of the tire that might cause problems and require rotating or replacing your tires.
