How do you change the ignition lock cylinder in a 1997 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder 4x4?

On a Honda, the ignition mount had "Shear bolts" with no heads on both sides. I used a Dremel tool and made a notch for a screwdriver. Worked great.
