My slk top also got stuck going up and down. I took it into the dealer to be fixed. They spent 5 hours analyzing the problem. After a few squirts of lubricant and $865.00 later the roof worked!
Did they give you any personal lube to use before the they gave you the lube bill for the roof or did they you get it dry ?
