Is Updation a correct word to use?

This Word does not exist. It is occasionally used in India despite the fact that it has no set meaning.

I have searched through some of the good quality dictionaries and they confirm my answer.

There is no Word "updation" in English dictionary.

See the below example:

Wrong: The following updation are done in the code.

Right: The following are the updates in the code. The following lines are updated in the code. etc
