Do you have to take off your clothes for a physical exam?

That depends on your doctor. During my last several exams I’ve been fully clothed the entire time. It also depends on your location, sex and age. My best advice is to call ahead and ask. In the US most doctors only require minimal removal of clothing during the exam such as lifting up the shirt for an abdominal exam. Europe is very different.
