Why Is there business ethics?

There is this thought or feeling that, 'for whatever the reason' comes over people and causes them/us to do or just think of doing what is wrong!

There has to be, "A law of the land" to keep people on or doing the right thing. The same principle applies to business.

There has to some type of rules, guidelines or sets of morals and values for those in the business world!

As well as all other areas of society.
