How old is Kenmore sewing machine model 158 19410?

The Kenmore model 158 19410 was made in 1975-1976. I bought mine new then and have never had any problems with it whatsoever - have never needed to take it anywhere for repairs or adjustments in all those years. I just keep it clean and make sure and oil it at least once a year and that's all it ever needs. I use it quite regularly and it is my favorite machine of all. They really don't make them like that any more. If you have one, hang on to it and enjoy sewing on a true quality machine!
