How do you replace the ignition switch on a Cadillac?

remove lower covers under steering wheel, two screws are hidden behind heating and ac trim panel. remove the bolts to the bracket holding the steering column up. lower the steering column. the switch is located on the steering shaft underneath the dashboard instrument cluster.
