No, depending on what 'level' of a referee you usually get around 3 hours on average per week if you are a standard referee who refs kids and teenagers. I know plenty of refs who have other jobs during the week. This is in NSW, Australia. DEPENDING ON WHAT TYPE OF REF YOU ARE.
