Minimum combat level for 99 range?

If you have 99 range, then you would become more than a level 100! Are you up to the challenge???

not necisarilly, because a 99 str, attk, Mage and range pure only has a combat level of 89, so with all your other stats at 1 you may only be around level 59-65 I'm not quite sure, but if you have attk str def an Mage then it's a possibilty that you will be near 100 combt, but my name is 71 attk 75 str and 70 def with 75 range some slayer and 8 suonint and I'm only level 91
