Which North American city has the highest population of Italians anywhere in the world outside of Italy?

There is no guarentee what city has the most Italians in north America but the state in America that has the most Italians is New Jersey. New Jersey is 90 perceent Italian and ninety percent roman catholic. Trust me on this one. Im 100 percent Italian and i live in New Jersey.
