What does ka tiraak mean in English?

In the thai language "ka", like e.g. in "sawasdee ka" meaning "good day" where it is just the female polite form which is and can be appended to almost anything. The male polite form is "krup" pronounced "cup".

"Tiraak" or "tirak" means "darling".
