Can you fail a drug test by breaking up weed?

The answer is yes, but the possibility of this happening depends on whether you're given a urine or hair test.

It's very unlikely that you'll test positive with a urine test with passive inhalation, unless you were passively inhaling a large amount of smoke regularly.

With a hair test, however, it is more likely that you will test positive with passive inhalation; however, most people/companies don't use hair tests as often as urine tests.

This is the 2nd answer to this question...I dont think that you can...I was on an extreme probation plan that required me to test 2 times a week for 12 months and I was around people just about EVERY single day of that 12 months that were smoking weed and I did NOT fail one drug test for weed!
