Where is the fuel filter for a 1994 celica gt and how do you replace it?

The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment (under the hood), driver side, near/under the brake fluid reservoir. Once you have located it, just use the proper box wrenchs and unscrew the fitting on both ends. Use the reverse procedure to install.
