Well i am a professional cook i marinate my shrimp for 30 minutes in ginger suace ( you can find in a Chinese market), soy sauce, salt, peper, red and green pepers, olive oil, lemon and lemon juice,onions and after 30 minutes you cook it in a pan intil the shrimp is cooked all the way(put peppers on the side and cooked them 5 miuted before you cook the shrimp so the veggies can be nice and crunchy) and put it over rice for a perfect meal for under 20 dollars :)
