Is hunting dolphins illegal

Can't be, or all those in Sea World and similar prisons would starve to death. In Marine Mammal Reserves, maybe so, the Coast Guard would consider it abuse. and they feed themselves adequately if there are any fish within sonar range. But lazy "wild" dolphins will hand around fishing boat and piers for handouts.
