Which CRM products would be best for a small business?

CRM products are great for tracking your marketing. If your small business is looking for CRM solutions, I find that the Mail Merge features that connect with my Quickbooks is very useful in my direct mail campaigns. If you rely heavily on marketing then, CRM products will work for you.
