Where are the best photo locations in Northern California?

I would suggest the county just to the north of San Francisco and the area around the city of Chico.

In addition, I would suggest the beaches on the San Francisco Peninsula (Fort Funston, Fort Miley, Point Lobos, Land's End, etc.) and Yosemite National Park (best in the months of April-July as the waterfalls are in full grandeur).
