Why recess is not good?

Recess can be seen as problematic due to concerns about safety and bullying, where unstructured playtime may lead to conflicts or accidents. Additionally, it may interrupt the flow of academic learning, causing challenges in maintaining focus and momentum in lessons. Some argue that valuable instructional time is lost, which could otherwise be used for academic enrichment.
