Is there a guide to the Myths of the White Lands quest on Runescape?

there is on runehq but its really confusing youll probobly need someone to talk to u over the phone or just figure it out but ya it was really confusing i was up till like 11pm trying to get it done because im not a member so i had to do it during the event time
