How many chambers are there in the human heart and list their names?

The heart has four chambers, the right and left atriums and the right and left ventricles. The artiums fill with the blood arriving from the body. The ventricles pump the blood out. The right ventricle pumps de-oxygenated blood to the lungs while the left ventricle pumps oxygenated blood to the rest of the body.
