What type of day do moose get food?

Moose feed during the day and bed down in the evenings. The moose has relatively poor eyesight but sense of smell and hearing compensate for that. During the summer when insects are at their worst, the moose will wander the heavy bush and overgrowth and use lakes to avoid the biting bugs.
