How are animals and people impacted by animal abuse?

Whoever abuses any type of animal should be scared to death . They will face true concequences. It doesn't even make sense! All animals are always so loving and sweet, unless they feel that they are being threatened. Every day millions of millions of animals die and are neglected by their owners. People beat them, and keep the outside in the cold, yell at them, throw them, kick them, punch them, literally rip their legs off, keep them hungry, thirsty and cold for months and months. They should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. They have no right to treat them like that. In my religion, we believe that whatever bad deeds you do in this life (eat meat, hurt other beings, etc..) will have to pay for it somehow. It's stupid how people think they are going to get away with a crime, when they're not. We believe that in our next life, we will become that animal, and that animal will become us, and we will have to suffer they way that animal suffered. It's just a huge cycle. As humans, we should be proud that we are humans and do as many good deeds we can in this life, so we have a great future, and many lives to come. You shouldn't be such idiots to your pets, because it just shows how immature and stupid some people can be. They have feelings too, and just because they can't talk doesn't mean that they don't have feelings. Be nice, we learn this in Kindergarten.
