When using Silken Child relaxer system do you start with wet or dry hair?

With all relaxers, you ALWAYS start with dry hair. It tells you not to apply to wet hair in the product directions. In fact, it's best to not comb or brush too vigorously either before application, as it can cause scalp irritation (burning).
