Ok you found a wild salamander what do you do if you are going to keep it for two weeks?

Feed it crickets and meal-worms, depending on the type. You could go to a store and buy it a small aquarium (We're using one of those plastic ones). Maybe find a rock and some moss ( Try a local pet-store ), and maybe an egg carton top for them to go under. During the winter, they tend to be a bit dormant, but that's normal.

( We have 2 blue spotted salamanders, but you may have a different type. This is all I really know about them. )
